At Kinsley Extenso, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our hair extension products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage, or missing parts, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Hair extensions must not have been altered in any way, including being worn, washed, or tampered with.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, size, or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the new product. Any price difference between the products will either be refunded or charged accordingly.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
