Kinsley Extenso provides free shipping across India on all orders. All of the packages are shipped out from our store unit in Delhi, India.
Since we are manufacturers and we do not rely on anyone for the products we supply. All of the hair packaged out is thoroughly checked multiple times, to ensure that there won’t be any chances of return. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery but do process orders even on Saturdays.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

SHIPPING POLICY
To ship our packages we use express shipping. All orders take 1-2 days to process and if it’s any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers it may take 2-3 weeks to process. We require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Kinsley Extenso is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is the correct one and has all the information required to deliver it to the right address. Since Kinsley Extenso processes the order as quickly as possible, it becomes very difficult to cancel or change the order within a short time period. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at + 91 011-40159440 or +91 98705 16286 We will contact the shipping company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 30 days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement may be sent pending the investigation of the situation.
